The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office, Fire Rescue, and an air unit are at the scene of a brush fire.

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — In the latest update, 90 percent of the fire is contained. Officials did say they are unsure how many residents are impacted by the evacuation. A supervisor on scene mentioned that the fire started on the train tracks but officials don’t know exactly how it started.BRUSH FIRE ALERT: CR 214 is being shut down from Lexington St. to the dirt road east of Power Line Road due to a brush fire. Homes in the area are being evacuated. St. Johns County Fire Rescue is on scene.
