The Skagit County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday alerted the public via social media, saying only he's believed to be armed and dangerous and frequents the eastern part of the county. KOMO News looked into it further, and a Skagit County Sheriff's official explained the murder happened in the last week in the county, and the victim and suspect knew each other.
