According to the MD/CEO of Refin Homes, Mr Olatunde Macaulay, the company came into the real estate market to focus on providing alternative housing solutions that add value to lives, especially the under-served middle to lower end spectrum.

This is our second year. Our aim is to build 250 houses yearly. We have houses we are building currently. Right now we are in Lagos and our home assurance scheme is from N1 million to N55 million”.
