Three Irish men have been arrested in Australia in connection with a string of more than 60 burglaries across Melbourne.

It is suspected they are responsible for over 60 home burglaries across Blackburn, Doncaster, Narre Warren, Hampton Park Narre Warren and Templestowe since January. Three further Irish nationals, who police allege are part of the same syndicate, were arrested on 18 March in connection with home burglaries in Sunshine and Mill Park between January and March this year.
