UK house prices likely to keep falling for another six months

House prices are likely to continue falling for another six months in the UK and for the whole of 2019 in London and the south-east, according to an industry survey.

The price will still be well above the value.

Not such good news for people who purchased their house and now watching their investment reduce in value. Paying a hefty mortgage each month for something that’s worth less and are caught in the spiralling devaluation trap for many years.
