Lennar News

The Florida-based construction company is catching more shade online thanks to another viral video on its tiny homes.

Construction company Lennar has already been through the wringer with online viewers critical of its tiny homes in San Antonio, but now its own residents also appear to have turned against the builder. A resident in the builder's Tavola neighborhood near Houston posted a digital sign to the front of their tiny home that displays messages like 'don't buy Lennar' and 'buyer beware,' a video posted to TikTok shows.

' It's not clear who lives in the house or whether their grievances with Lennar go beyond those fees, but viewers of the viral TikTok post also relayed horror stories about the builder. One user who said they are renting a Lennar home said they're glad they didn't buy the property because 'everything is falling apart.' Another said that when her mother lived in a Lennar house, her neighbor's bathtub fell through the ceiling.
