A sprawling property on Sydney’s lower north shore is expected to surpass the all-time high sale price for Kurraba Point.

The circa 1900-built beauty retains a mix of original features including leadlight windows, shingles, fireplaces and high ceilings, plus multiple living areas, a cellar and large protected verandahs.The home has been widely anticipated to join the market, given the Pearses were tipped to have paid $13.5 million for an apartment in Mosman’s Watermarque block.

The Agency’s Dino Gatti and Shane Slater are handling the Kurraba Point sale, but declined to comment on the listing.
