A Code Red fire danger day has been declared in Victoria for the first time in almost a decade, as emergency services warn people in parts of the state's north to consider evacuating their homes.North and north-western parts of the state are being warned of the worst possible fire conditions on ThursdayPeople who live in high fire risk areas have been urged to leave their propertiesThe last time a Code Red Day was declared in Victoria was over two days in January 2010.
