This is a very good thing according to HmsGerlach. Exactly what Central Banks tried to do with their policies. Inflate real estate prices. What will be intresting to see is what will happen once our youngsters find out they got screwed by the ecb, federalreserve and other CB’s

This headline does a pretty good job of massively overstating the extent of efforts to address urban affordable housing shortages relative to the scale of the problem
